The inspiration, or in this case, the confusion brought about by living six months in one place and six in another, led me to this unplanned fractured log cabin quilt.

1940s and 50s women as they appeared in home sewing patterns were
my inspiration for this quilt. Most of the buttons used for embellishment
are bakelite and come from that same mid-century era.
